Leave time for the walk
The official guide lists about 10 minutes on foot from Aoshima Station or the Aoshima bus stop to the island. Allow this time after arriving by train or bus. Source 2 ↗
Our suggested plan
Leave your luggage at your hotel and eat early before heading to Aoshima. Check the return timetable first. Do not assume a train or bus will be available when the event ends at 21:00. If the timings do not work, consider staying in Aoshima or arranging a taxi in advance.
Before booking an experience
Treat admission and a guided experience as separate decisions. Confirm your date, group size and preferred language with the organizer. Foreign-language guiding and transfers are not guaranteed here. Do not reuse dates or shuttle details from the 2025 event.
